How does 1:1 coaching work?
- Bespoke, tailored engagement for a small number of select clients. No fixed program length and no cohort. Coaching is hourly-package-based, with a cadence we set together after we decide there is a fit. Coaching is 1:1 only. Group coaching is not offered. There is no 12-week cohort and no group program.
What are the coaching packages?
- Single session: $200/hr ($200/hr). 4-session package: $720 (10% off). 10-session package: $1,700 (15% off). Packages are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. After Paul approves fit he sends a unique checkout link for a 4- or 10-session package. There is no public buy button.
How do I know if there is a fit?
- No calendar link. Tell me who you are and why you are interested — I will reply directly if there is room.
What is The V7 Leadership Assessment?
