V7 Leadership LLC Fulfillment Policy

At V7 Leadership, we are committed to providing high-quality leadership coaching and consulting services. This fulfillment policy outlines how we deliver our services and what you can expect as a client.
1. Service Delivery Timeframe
1.1 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
- Upon purchasing a coaching package, you will receive a welcome email within 1 business day.
- We aim to schedule your first session within 10 business days of purchase, subject to mutual availability.
1.2 Webinars:
- Access information for live webinars will be sent at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Recordings of webinars will be made available within 3 business days after the live event, in the event that recordings of webinars are being made available. We reserve the right to not make recordings of webinars available at our discretion.
2. Delivery Method
2.1 1:1 Coaching Sessions:
- All coaching sessions are conducted via Zoom video conferencing.
- A unique Zoom link will be provided for each session.
2.2 Webinars:
- Live webinars are hosted on Zoom.
- Recorded webinars are accessible through our secure online platform.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 To ensure the best possible experience, clients are expected to:
- Complete any pre-session work or assessments as assigned.
- Ensure a stable internet connection for video sessions.
- Be present and engaged during coaching sessions.
- Complete the work assigned, or run the risk of being fired.
4. Rescheduling and Cancellation
4.1 Clients may reschedule or cancel a session without penalty with at least 24 hours notice.
4.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be forfeited.
4.3 V7 Leadership reserves the right to reschedule sessions if necessary, providing at least 24 hours notice.
5. Technical Issues
5.1 If technical issues prevent a session from starting or continuing, we will make every effort to reconnect.
5.2 If reconnection is not possible, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client.
6. Session Recording
6.1 1:1 coaching sessions are recorded by default, unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties.
6.2 Webinars are recorded and made available to registered participants, unless recordings are withheld at V7 Leadership’s discretion.
7. Materials and Resources
7.1 Any materials or resources promised as part of a coaching package or webinar will be delivered electronically within 3 business days of the relevant session or event.
8. Completion of Services
8.1 A coaching package is considered fulfilled when all scheduled sessions have been conducted or forfeited due to client cancellation or forfeited due to client being fired.
8.2 Webinar services are considered fulfilled when the live event has concluded and the recording has been made available.
9. Feedback and Continuous Improvement
9.1 We welcome feedback on our services. Clients will be invited to complete a satisfaction survey at the end of their coaching package or webinar series.
10. Changes to This Policy
10.1 V7 Leadership reserves the right to modify this fulfillment policy at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients and posted on our website.
