V7 Leadership, LLC — Terms of Service

By accessing v7leadership.com or engaging V7 Leadership, LLC ("V7," "we," "us") for coaching services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services.
V7 provides leadership coaching and consulting services on a bespoke, 1:1 basis, sold in hourly session packages. V7 also offers a Client Portal subscription providing access to course materials, training videos, and an AI-assisted tool ("AugSelf") described below.
2. Coaching Engagements.
Coaching sessions are purchased in packages (single session, 4-session, or 10-session packages) as published on the Coaching page. Packages are one-time purchases and do not auto-renew. Scheduling is arranged directly between the client and Paul Petro following purchase.
3. Client Portal Subscription.
The Client Portal is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided upon cancellation.
4. AI Features (PaulBot and AugSelf).
V7's website includes an AI-powered assistant ("PaulBot") available to site visitors. These tools use third-party AI service providers to generate responses in the style and voice of Paul Petro. Responses are AI-generated and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. PaulBot and AugSelf do not provide professional advice of any kind and are not a substitute for direct engagement with Paul Petro. V7 is not liable for actions taken in reliance on AI-generated content.
5. Payment.
All fees are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). V7 does not store payment card information.
6. No Guarantees.
V7 does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, income, or career advancement from coaching services, the Client Portal, or any content provided.
7. Intellectual Property.
All framework materials, including the "Seven V's," the "AIM" model, and related content, are the intellectual property of V7 Leadership, LLC. Clients may not reproduce, resell, or publicly republish V7's proprietary materials without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, V7's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
10. Changes.
V7 may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
