Terms of Service for V7 Leadership LLC

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the V7 Leadership LLC website (https://v7leadership.com) and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services
V7 Leadership LLC provides leadership coaching and consulting services, including but not limited to webinars, 1:1 coaching, and related educational content ("Services").
3. User Responsibilities
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All content on the V7 Leadership website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of V7 Leadership LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
4.2 You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services without express written permission from V7 Leadership LLC.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees for Services are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified.
5.2 All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
5.3 If you are fired from either a group or 1:1 coaching program, your funds are immediately forfeit and you immediately relieve V7 Leadership of any and all commitments made to you.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 For 1:1 coaching sessions, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
6.2 Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
7.1 The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied.
7.2 V7 Leadership LLC does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall V7 Leadership LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold V7 Leadership LLC and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
10. Modification of Services
V7 Leadership LLC reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
V7 Leadership LLC reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
