We collect information you provide directly, including name, email, and any details submitted through our coaching inquiry form, assessment unlock, or essay double-opt-in. If you subscribe to the Client Portal, we also collect billing information processed via Stripe (V7 does not store card numbers). If you interact with PaulBot or AugSelf, your queries and conversation content may be processed by our AI service providers to generate responses.

2. How We Use Information.

We use collected information to respond to inquiries, deliver coaching services, send requested follow-up (assessment summary, qualify confirmation, essay emails after you confirm, fit decisions, and client onboarding), manage Client Portal subscriptions, and improve our AI assistants' responses. You can change or stop email at /preferences.

3. Third-Party AI Providers.

Our website and Client Portal use third-party AI service providers to power PaulBot and AugSelf. Conversations with these tools may be processed by those providers in accordance with their own privacy practices.

4. Data Sharing.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the site (payment processing, hosting, AI providers) and as required by law.

5. Data Retention.

We retain client information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations.

6. Your Rights.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting contact@v7leadership.com.

Our site may use cookies for basic functionality and analytics.
